Pasta with tuna

This pasta is really delicious and one of the best ways of consuming perfectly nutritious tuna: just imagine – 29% of protein! Stir-fried golden onion mixed with tuna and pasta and sprinkled with fresh spring onions makes for an ideal dinner. So, if you’re keeping Lent or just pretty bored from trivial recipes and looking for something easy and tasty, try this one!

You’ll need:
400 g pasta (best fusilli)
200 g canned tuna
1 big onion, chopped
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp oil
Spring onions, chopped
Salt to taste

4-5 portions
Preparation:
1. Boil pasta in a big amount of water for as long as indicated on its packet and drain.
2. Pre-heat oil and butter in a frying pan and add chopped onion. Salt to taste and stir-fry it until begins to brown.
3. Add tuna and pasta to the pan and stir thoroughly. Stir-fry for another 2 min.
4. Serve immediately sprinkled with chopped spring onions.
